Compensation & Benefits Survey - WAGES BENCHMARKING

IIRE initiated this study in 2009 with the support and patronage of FOSMA and MASSA to provide empirical evidence for supporting decision making by ship owners, managers and manning agencies while budgeting crew costs and for taking informed decisions pertaining to existing Indian manpower for their sustained marketability. In 2019, IIRE expanded this study to include study on global seafaring human resources. In 2021, IIRE launched the brand new web portal for Global Seafaring Human Resources Survey in its 13th year. It enables automation of various processes related to the benchmarking exercise and will serve as a ready reckoner at all times for referencing and decision making.
